Das Rock am Ring Festival, das vom 3.Juni bis zum 5.Juni 2011 am Nürburgring in der Eifel stattfinden wird, hat bereits 100.000 Tickets verkauft. Somit sind derzeit noch 20000 Tickets für das große Festival vorhanden, bevor das Ausverkauft-Schild aufgehangen wird.
Die Veranstalter des Festivals packen zudem einige neue Bands in das bereits bestehende Billing. Die neu bestätigten Namen lesen sich wie folgt:
